Change my website host from one to other godaddy . its base in wordpress

i have working with some one for 2 years but look like this person dont care about my site .
so i want to change it i mean i want change the host.

my website take to long to load and some time dont load at all
ok i just need advice in with paci need to get . i thinking in go to godaddy they look good .

i need to know if it can be done without affect my email as have many people come back have day.

so my email is on (GOOGLE APP) may you know it .

it can be done ?
