Change my logo slightly

I have a logo which was created in photoshop in high resolution.

The logo was created from a previous designer and i am satisfied 70% from the result. I want the new designer to give me some propositions on how he/she can change the picture and font of the logo to give me that 30% missing. The logo is written in latin but the word makes sense only in Greek(it means roommates). It is for a roommate web application where people will find their ideal roommate. I uploaded the logo in jpg format. The original file is in .psd and i will send it to the designer after the bidding acceptance.

I also want to add that the logo i uploaded has the word "sygatoikoi" but the new logo will be changed into "sigkatoikoi"
