Change maps from Google to Bing maps in PC Console software

I have a PC Console software that displays tracking data both on a map and in a GUI, with the upgrade of Google Maps from V2 to V3 I have lost the maps from the application. I would like to take this problem and turn to my advantage by changing from Google to Bing maps if possible to build some resilience into the system.

I am having the Google map issue correct as well.

Please download a copy of the current PC Console at http://www.i-traks.com/downloads/Debug.zip , this can be run by double clicking on the i-traks logo in Debug folder. This will show the error with the Map.

To login to the PC Console, once the software is running, go to "Tools" > "Preferences" > "Server" > select "Promotions" from drop down list and enter "TEST22" in all three boxes.

The file that runs the Google maps is called MapWebPage.

I would like to get this done this week if possible, therefore will be selecting a bid to 14th Feb.
