Change a logo from color to black and white.

I would like to have an embosser made of this image, but in order to have the image laser-burned onto the embossing die, I need to first make the image completely black and white. There can be no half-tones. Basically I want the text, the sun, the upper cloud line and the box line to be black, and everything else to be white. I was told that the logo image needs to be of high quality for the embosser die to turn out right, the image needs to be of high quality: there can't be any jagged lines on the image when it is printed out on paper.
