CGI photorealistic magical flowers

I need help with creating a photo realistic small area containing flowers of different colors that glow (think Avatar). The flowers surround an ancient wall (I am attaching a jpg image of the wall). In the image you will notice just green bushes. That is what I need replaced with a magical garden scene.
The flowers need to form an edge so to speak to a magical land surrounding the wall.
Before I accept the bid I would need a low res render of the project. There are no constraints on the color or the arrangement of flowers. The scene is set at night.
