Certificate template

I am after a handful of templates for training certificates. They will be identical except the course name will be different. I need some of the fields to be able to be changed such as candidate name, course date and expiry of certification.

I have a template which was created some time ago and I am happy with it, but I now need amendments. I would guess for someone who knows what they are doing its a simple and quick job, for me not so.
