Catalog Design

I am looking for someone to design a catalog for my shoes collection. It will need to be ai accessable, as well as be able to convert into PDF and be read as an ibook. It is quite urgent, i would need the layout and template by the first week of may and will be able to forward you to images for the catalog by the third week of may to slot into the design.
It will also need to be printable, and a good printing quality.
This needs to be a template, which we could use year after year, by simply changing some of the artwork, products and images.
