Cat 5 ethernet tidying up and install patch panel

I need a patch panel and cables tidied up about half to three quarters of a days work, I will supply patch cabinet and any materials-all cat 5 has been laid throughout the house-just the area where the cat 5 terminates needs tidying up and putting in a patch bay, there are only about 20 wires in total-I only want bids from EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS who are capable of providing a 1st class job and finish-I will need to check recent references and have constant ongoing cat5 work-payment on day of completion.
