Case Study writing

Hello, I'm looking for an experienced Journalist that can write a ( and layout!) case study including:

1) conf call to understand what was done
2) Interview with Customer to ask key questions (problem, solution, etc)
3) Write up the Case study
4) Put the content on the company layout out ( the template needs to be re-created as I don't have the source file) - We need someone with some design experience as well to be able to do a nice distribution of text and pictures

3 case studies will be done. The fixed price is per case study
