Cartweaver job gone wrong

I'v a site that has been built by someone that has gone really wrong, budget is limited and dead line short.

The site is seam stable and the admin area work but the front end is all over the place. I need some to take over the site ASAP try and keep in-line with the design, but just make it work and at least look right on the page.

In your bid's let me know what your plan of action is with a time line. I know its hard to judge but Iv attached a couple of files to have a look at.

In an ideal world i'd need you to be on top of this by next tuesday?
