Cartoon illustrations for a childrens book wanted

We have the chance of bringing out a small childrens book based on a dog cartoon character. It will be used in Bulgaria and Afghanistan. Although we have only a limited fund to get it going we are happy to offer royalties thereafter.

This is the dog to base it on. Yes he is wearing a nappy, he was disabled by a beating from thugs and subject to a very recent Facebook campaign and seen on UK tv on the "Wright Stuff".

Needs to be cute/funny......

Its a great cause teaching kids in Bulgaria and Afghanistan about the right way to treat dogs. If you can help....
