Capture data from 23 training evaluation forms (PDF scans provided) into an excel spreadsheet. Create an excel chart showing average scores for each question (they are scored from 0-10).

Also capture comments (text)for each participant, so we end up with a list of participants and their scores and comments as well as a chart showing average scores.

Ideally we need this today or early tomorrow.
