Can some one convert my sketches into 3d on CAD?

Hello all I am a mature (broke) student who would like some one to convert my hand to scale sketches into 3D CAD, of which I can produce 10 slides to show as part of my project (colour if poss). I,m not sure if a walk through may be adding too much work for the cost. I will be able to post the sketches to you at present these are just photographs where i can annotate them by hand for materials etc A little more detail and help would also be appreciated in the finished product, I am unsure if I am asking too much and I am sorry for listing this again, I understand that You need to know what you are copying from, many thanks. I have done a perspective(front) rear front and side elevations, floor plans.
