CAD DRAWINGS FROM PDF

I have 3 Vector PDF files I require them converting to AutoCAD and ideally layering.
The drawings are all dimensioned it is crucial that the CAD files are accurate and all drawn to the correct dimensions.

I require the work to be completed by Wednesday the 10th April 2013.

Should the winning bidder be able to use SketchUp there will be a further job for modelling the proposal in 3D. A separate fee will be agreed for this service.

Attached are the PDF files I will provide the winning bidder with my standard cad file with all layers etc.

I AM GETTING A LOT OF HIGH BIDS I FEEL THIS IS UNREASONABLE WHEN ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS FOR THE WINNING BIDDER TO EXPORT PDF FROM ADOBE AI TO DWG AND JUST CHECK ALL DIMS ARE CORRECT.
