I already have the program, it is coded in C#.
It basically loads up IE in the application then refreshes a page.
I need to add proxy support to the program.
It needs to have a couple of boxes on the left to insert their proxy information and a check box to decide whether to actually use the proxy.
This is hopefully a small job and so I will pay by the hour.
