C Developer for Audio Signal Processing

We're looking for a C developer to start a new project in the next 1-2 weeks. Must be familiar with Visual C for Windows and must have signal processing experience. Assembly experience also required. The project entails taking a program written in Assembly and converting it to C. Candidate must be located in the California Bay Area for close coordination and debugging with local team.
