Self assessment phone/zoom advice

I'm looking for some advice on completing my self assessment. Ideally a phone/zoom call to step through the form.

I've been filling in myself for years due to owning a rental property but for the tax year just ended I left one job, freelanced and took a new job and sold the rental property. So a lot going on and I want to make sure I get it right.

Can you help? Ideal would be Tues 13th/Weds 14th as am on leave. Please let me know.
