Experienced UK Property Accountant Needed

We are a Ltd company in the UK and are looking for an experienced and proactive accountant for our property portfolio. The company is engaged in both buying, selling and letting of properties in the UK.

LOOKING FOR UK BASED QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT ONLY.

You should have specialisation in
• Both residential and commercial property accounting
• Tax structuring, BTL taxation, CT, VAT, SDLT, CGT, to leasing and accounting
• Mitigating income tax and capital gains tax liabilities
• Tax planning and projections, tax efficient strategies for landlords and property investors
• Know -hows of benefits and tax requirements of Holding company structure and other tax efficient models as applicable.

Accounting Qualifications: AAT, ACA, ACCA, mandatory.

Requirements for the role:
1. File yearly accounts /working on MTD accounting requirements from next year (bookkeeping help not required)
2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
