Looking to create a fillable Word document that can replicate information through out the document where needed.

Hoping to have a table at the start that will list all the information that the user needs to populate (Date, Name, Company Name, Company reg number …. And so on) and this will auto populate the document where the data point are needed.

We need to use the same form over and over but with different information each time.

We need to be able to save the form filled and have a blank version to repopulate each time - so the ability to clear the form with one click.

I think this is done using VB?

Then to save a populated copy to PDF that will be loaded into a signature app we have that will send the fully populated document out for signature.
