Seeking a Virtual Technical Recruiter/Sourcer who can support me remotely a few hours a week sourcing candidate profiles and CV's.
Must have experience in recruitment and sourcing IT candidate CV's e.g. ROR Developers.
Experience of using LinkedIn and Boolean search. Able to turn around within 24 hours. Access to LinkedIn - basic free profile is fine for CV searching, no need to have recruiter level access.
