We are looking for a genuine provider who will act on our behalf and maintain our virtual office in london and will carry out business related instructions. We do not have a presence in Uk so want the provider to run the show in London. He will be required to incorporate a company in london and get the vat number and other necessary clearance from the authorities so that the company can survive legally. All business related instructions will be given via msn or via email or phone. He will have to assist us on a long term basis and also raise funds for the company from various venture capitalist.
