Description of Business Development: Length of Assignment: 1-6 months following daily/weekly review.
Hours per week: Variable. From 10 -15 hours per week

We are in need of a Business Development Manager to coordinate and support the growth of a recruitment business of Clinical and medical staff into local, national and international markets.
The company is based in the UK, and seeking to establish its presence on a local, national and international platform, by commanding a significant market share through appropriate positioning, branding, increasing its customer and client base.
Role Requirements
The successful Virtual Business Development Manager (BDM) will :
• Communicate with the Company Director on a daily basis.
• have a significant role in the development of the company and have a sound understanding of business development with a proven track record of previous success.
• Be fluent in English Language (spoken & written).
• Be familiar with and able to write reports relating to the Health and Social care industry.
• Understand and be involved with tendering processes
• Manage and coordinate a Virtual team of Global Recruitment Consultants
• Support the company in meeting or exceeding its financial projections for its first 1-3 years of trading.
