I am looking for a business operations expert who could help me on my work project.
You would need to know or be comfortable with:
- Process Analysis and Capacity Management
- Inventory Management
- Newsvendor model
- Revenue management
- EOQ and safety stock
- Risk pooling strategies
- Supply Chain Management/ coordination
- Lean Operations and Quality Control/ management
- Queueing System
Ideally this would need to be done over a zoom call of 3 hours on Friday, and we would need to have an initial 30 minute discussion prior to this ideally today.
