Tlephone calls to job applicants to invite them to a presentation evening

Description of support work: We have invited candidates to apply for the role of Office Administrator by leaving their name and contact telephone number on a voicemail together with why they are suitable for the role. As a result we have a list of 20 candidates we wish to invite to a presentation evening and a reserve list of a further 7 candidates. We therefore need someone to call the selected candidates and invite them to the evening as well as obtaining a postal and email address from them as per the attached script. A spreadsheet will be provided with the names and telephone numbers and the address and email details will need to be entered into the spreadsheet. Please quote a fixed price for 20 calls and then a price per call for any additional calls (max 7) as we are aiming to have 20 people attend so you will only need to call from the reserve list until we get 20 acceptances. We need this completed asap - preferably today (it may be necessary to call some candidates this evening as they may be working) but definitely before the weekend. Please confirm your proposed timescale.
Extra notes: The person undertaking this task must have excellent spoken English and an excellent telephone manner.
