Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Smart Phone app that groups use to measure the interpersonal skills of group members
Industry: Education
Geographical areas: English speaking areas
Target customers: High school students and their teachers
Description of Business Development: This new posting updates/ replaces my previous “Testing of the www.Social-Quotient.info website” posting
Do you know someone who is a high school teacher? Are their students always on their smart phones? Would the students REALLY like to know what their classmates think of them?
If so, you can help those students find out, and you can make some money in the process. When that teacher gives you a list of class names with their email addresses, you job is half done. The other half is to meet with those students for 30 minutes. You (and likely the teacher) will lead them on a smart phone app to rate their classmates privately. They will consider which classmates they would go to first in a store, if their classmates were all sales clerks. They will also mark themselves on some personal traits. There is a newspaper article describing the process in a classroom at http://social-quotient.info/sq.4mg.com/ru_social.htm
All of the student marks will remain totally private. But they will be combined in some calculations, giving each student a Social Quotient score that they will get on their smart phone. Each student will have total control over their SQ score, a summary of how their classmates rated them as a possible sales person.
In New York City, one teacher reported that: “ I must tell you that several students used the SQ when they went for job interviews & it made a great impression (in a few cases, it may have been the deciding factor in getting the job)."
Extra notes: TO Freelancers : Please note the number of hours you expect this project will take you. For your 15 - 20 app users, please indicate the types of people you will use; they do not have to be students.
