Temporary telephone answering cover

From 26 June to 10 July we'd like someone to answer our business phone between 9am and 5.30pm Mon - Fri.
We only receive on average 5 calls a day.
We're looking for someone willing to take all messages and contact details whilst we're on holiday and relay them back to us for our return by email if that's easiest - this could be done at the end of each day (I've never done this before so I'm making it up as I go along!).
Our company manufactures wooden hat blocks for milliners worldwide and in our experience people don't leave a message on the answer phone which is why we're looking for this cover.
