Template & workshop materials for 3 day business development and strategy workshop

A client has asked me to provide a strategy and business development workshop for their famil property and property-related businesses. As a successful investment property mentor with an established client base I am delighted to have been asked however I do not have the time to put such a workshop together. I am looking for a talented provider to put together the content and agenda for a 3 day workshop based on materials from the Businessballs website or similar that fulfills the following criteria:

1. Target audience - 2 attendees both directors of the family business
2. Complete package of templates, forms and materials to be provided, from the timetable, warm up quiz/excercises to the Needs Analysis and Action plan at the end
3. Materials to be copyright free and in the public domain
4. Approx 6 hrs of sessions per day, time slots each day 9:30 start, 5pm end, 45 mins for lunch, 2 x 15min breaks, 3:30 end day 3.
5. I like the use of the SOSTAC approach for planning although the package can be based on a similar planning system
6. The whole 3 days are going to be interactive rather than being instructor led - I\'m not going to tell them what strategy to adopt or how to develop it rather the material should be aimed at stimulating thought and conversation so that they do the thinking and create the outcomes, my job is to facilitate, so all I really need on my side are facilitator notes rather than pages of content and instructions
7. Further detail on the background to the client, their current businesses, turn over and business growth goals will be submitted under an NDA to the selected partner.

Timescale: The workshop commences on Monday 1/3, so a draft to look at by Saturday would be needed.
