Description of Business Development: We are launching a new lettings agency in the coming weeks.
I would like a telesales professional to call potential landlords from our CRM system. We have a list of private landlords whom do not currently use an agency, your job will be to call these landlords, highlight our services and bring them on-board to using our agency. We have some USP's that will be useful in securing the sale.
I will expect you to hit a target of securing 10 new landlords from 10 hours of work.
If that sounds like you, get in touch. I will give full briefing of our company and I will expect you to buy into our ethos. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right person, if you hit the targets more work will be assigned to you.
You will start work next week.
