Telesales for my website and newspaper membership

Hi

I run the website http://www.yorkshirefamilyevents.com and I am wanting to turn the website into a membership site for the attractions on the what to do page.

Included within the membership fee would be a listing on the website, access to upload events to the calendar, events promoted on our social media pages, attraction details and event details in a monthly mini newspaper printed and distributed to a minimum of 10,000 primary school aged children. These are optional joint run family fun days and as my full time job is purchasing I will also take a detailed look and report on if it would be possible to help you make some savings on your purchases.

The price for the year membership would be £1100.00 + VAT. Can pay in full, 6 monthly or quarterly.

Would you be able to ring up all the attractions on my what to do page and sell this to them? What sort of conversion rate would you expect? How long would it take you? Is there anything you could add to the sales pitch? any other ideas?
