Telephone Secondary Schools & Set Appointments/Meetings with Heads of 6th Form

We are a small company that organise conferences for A level students in a variety of subjects.
We need an enthusiastic and friendly person with polite and pleasant telephone manners to make calls to schools.

We already have the database and the script.

The aim of the telephone conversation is three-fold:
1) Are reception getting our emails?
2) Obtaining direct email address of Head of 6th Forms
3) Set up a 20 minute meeting with our Conference Director and the Head of 6th Form either face to face or over the phone.

From experience, schools are a tough market, so any previous experience working with schools would be desirable.

This PPH is initially for 4 hours of work - with the potential to be extended much further if deemed successful.
