Telephone data gathering from US medical spas

This project will help with a market entry study into the US skincare market. We are interested in understanding which skincare brands are currently stocked by US medical spas.

You will be provided with a list of medical spas to call (name and phone number) and your job is to find out which skincare brands they currently stock. This is not normally confidential information and indeed many spas list this information on their website. However, for those that do not we would like to get this information by telephone.

This project is for 100 calls and we expect each call to take no more than 5 minutes, potentially less. The project needs to be completed within 3 days next week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 12-14 October). There will also be a 30-minute briefing session at the beginning.

You will need to call US medical spas during US office hours (typically 9-6pm in each of the four time zones) so ideally you will be based in the US. Also, women would be better candidates for this project because most medical spa customers are women.

You will need to call 100 US telephone numbers and any cost for this needs to be included in your quote.

There may be further jobs after this one to call more medical spas, or other work relating to the project.
