Telemarketing calls - hotels in Ireland (mutual promotion - recommended venues)

General information for the business: At Kippure Estate we provide superb accommodation, a unique party and wedding venue and exhilarating outdoor activities including corporate team building and corporate incentives.
Geographical areas: Republic of Ireland
Target customers: Hotels in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
Description of Business Development: Hi, I am looking for someone who can make phone calls to hotels in Ireland for us. We are looking for hotels that would like to be a) promoted on the 'recommended venues' section on our website www.teambuildingireland.com and b) would give us a link back from their site in return (mutual promotion). I am not quite sure at this point as to how long this job will take, but I'd like to spread it out a bit to perhaps 6-10 hours of calling per week. I know this is not a huge job (have not counted the hotels...), but the right person could possibly do more telemarketing (or other virtual assistant or sales & marketing support) work for us in the future.

Here is a very rough outline of what the job would be about. Further information (i.e. script) could be provided of course – in writing and perhaps in a phone call.

1) Source phone numbers of hotels here: http://www.discoverireland.ie/Where-To-Stay/Hotels

2) On the Discoverireland site do a search for 'Hotels' (only, no other accommodation type) in these cities and counties:
Dublin
County Wicklow
County Carlow
County Wexford
County Kilkenny
County Louth
County Laois
County Kildare
County Meath
County Monaghan
County Waterford

3) Phone every hotel on the list. But before doing this check please that they a) don't have us on their website already and b) that we don't link back to their site from this page: http://www.teambuildingireland.com/mobile-teambuilding-events.htm

4) Phone the hotel and ask for the marketing manager or whoever else might be in charge of group marketing and sales at the hotel.

5) Introduce Kippure Corporate and our offsite team building services. Ask if they would like to be listed in the 'recommended venues' section of our website. http://www.teambuildingireland.com/recommended-venues.htm

6) If yes then it would be great if they could give us a link back as well please. Linking back to www.teambuildingireland.com. Perhaps they have even a corporate or team building or conference page(s) on their website?

7) Whatever the answer is (yes or no)... ask them if they would like to receive a fact file about our team building services by email. If the answer is yes then please send them a copy of or fact file PDF (provided by us). If they agree to a mutual promotion or would like to talk more about our services or receive further information then please pass this on to me by email. We can take it from there.

If they agree to a links exchange (mutual promotion – benefiting both parties) then please let me know and I'll take it from there. Your job would also include sending out some information (factfile provided by us) to the person you just spoke to.

Extra notes: I was not sure what to put into the 'expected budget'section. I think hourly pay would be better than a fixed sum. But I am open to suggestions. We also have no fixed budget for the hourly rate. So if you can do it for less then this would be appreciated. If it is more then we would still consider it if it is the right person for us and for this job.
