Tech support manager needed for our shop - www.vesternet.com
You must be great with Zendesk, and be excellent at customer support.
Have a natural desire to play with gadgets (some will be provided for free!)
Answer customer questions and troubleshoot problems regarding the products we sell. You can go back to manufacturers and get answers from them too if needed.
Post FAQ's to our forums for all to see: http://vesternet.zendesk.com/forums
Preferably UK based, but European is fine too if you have excellent English.
