Hi there,
I run a digital marketing agency and due to rapid growth we need some help to keep our customers happy and ensure we are maintaining an awesome standard of customer service. We need someone who will be upbeat, enthusiastic and a champion bug finder and fixer.
We create websites with a difference and we need a rockstar troubleshooter to have a look and find the problems with them prior to launch. Fix the problems and then speak to the customer and hold their hand through the transition to a live website.
The ideal candidate will have experience of WordPress, and might even have php, html5, css3 jQuery coding skills - but more important than being a technical whizz, you will be a great people person, able to speak to customers and hear their problems and help them achieve their goals.
You will work closely with the MD to create a really special relationship between our business and the customer using out own system to track, report and update customers.
There's ongoing and growing work for the right person, we do not want people who cannot work core UK business hours, must be native/fluent in English and able to correct spelling errors and grammatical problems.
You will also be calling customers and speaking to them about their website and listening to any problems they might have, recording them and then working to resolve the issues they have. So a VERY good telephone manner is required.
