Identify and introduce upto 3 suitably qualified and experienced home care recruitment professionals for a new business start-up in either Lincolnshire, Leicestershire or Northamptonshire. Must have NVQ level 5 (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3yrs experience as a registered manager. This is a new business start-up (by an established nursing agency) with 15% share ownership (of new business) offered for a £10k upfront investment (mandatory). Year 1 salary £35k (plus dividends subject to profitability) with a review after 12-months. This requires a business ownership (not employee) mindset. The successful applicant will become a company director reporting directly to the Managing Director whose decision will be final. There will be a 5yr business plan to open between 3 -5 regional offices before exit. Additional information will be provided before project commencement.
