I have a small rental property business and am looking for an English-speaking, courteous, customer-service focused individual who is willing to receive calls and emails from up to 10 tenants regarding maintenance requests during the hours of 6pm - 9am EST. The ideal candidate will receive the call or email from the tenant, contact the appropriate handyman/plumber/electrician, follow up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of the issue, and send me a summary of the issue and resolution via email. This is not a full-time job but does require the ability to respond during the stated hours, 7 days per week. I may consider more than one individual for this position, in case the ideal candidate is unable to commit to 7 days per week. I typically receive only one maintenance request per tenant every 4 months, as my properties are newer construction. I would expect this job to require approximately 5 hours of work per month, (2.5 hours per request, at about 2 requests per month).
