    * What is the current version of Jasmin in production ?
    * How many Jasmin nodes ?
    * Type of deployments: simplex ? ha cluster ? docker ? pip ? rpm/deb ?
    * Do you require support for as-is situation or do you require a study and potential upgrade to a better architecture ?
    * What's the required SLA for trivial, average, warning and critical issues ? please clarify these SLA per workaround deployment time and final fix time
