Strategic HR Consultant

Strategic HR consultant assignment supporting blue chip client in Saudi financial sector. Areas of responsibility include implementation (and ongoing development) of outsourced HR strategy, talent management and QA of HR services. To be primarily based in Riyadh, the consultant will be contracted through the UK arm of Anglo Saudi organisation providing outsourced services to major clients in sectors such as Finance and Telecoms. This specific assignment is expected to be ongoing but may be intermittent depending on client needs but other assignments are likely to be forthcoming. Given the standing of the client, a background in dealing with corporates at a senior level is essential. We are particularly interested applications from the UK and from those with experience of Strategic HR within the financial sector.
