Set up of Asana and Migration of Data

We have a collection of project definitions in a variety of formats, based on the same slide in powerpoint. Each slide represents a project. Some are defined in lots of detail, others are less well defined at the moment.
To support delivery and efficient communication we would like to trial using Asana within the projects teams.

This project is to carry out the migration of data from the powerpoint/keynote/google slides templates into Asana. From this we will be able to decide if Asana is a useful tool for us and how to structure the information better.

There are 13 projects in the links below with 4 more to add later.

Must have:
Knowledge of Asana
Ability to understand project information to make judgement calls about where pieces of information are best placed (as the information will be structured differently in Asana vs the current slide template.

Would like:
Project management experience
Ability to advise on more subtle areas of Asana to help us get the best initial use from the tool
