Set up a Permanent Recruitment desk

Recruitment – Setting up Permanent desk–(Up to 6 months project)

Our new permanent desk is looking for a recruitment consultant who thrives on business development and success!

We are temps recruitment agency who seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our new Permanent desk on a consultancy basis. We supply nurses and support workers to both private and public sector clients.

We work at a phenomenally fast pace to support the demands of our clients and stay ahead of the competition.

As an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales
• Have ownership of key accounts to manage and grow
• Managing the recruitment and selection of Permanent candidates to ensure effective order fulfillment.

Do you have what it takes?

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the below requirements:

• You must have considerable experience as a recruitment consultant
• You must have proven success in business development and sales
• You must have strong relationship management skills
• You must have previous experience of Job board Advertising and CV sourcing
• Have previous experience creating and sending Eshots (Candidate Marketing)
• Previous experience of using recruitment databases to manage your candidates and clients, alternatively you must have strong computer skills in databases and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
* A-levels
* Degree or equivalent qualification highly desirable however not essential

We are looking for someone to work up to 15 hours a week based on when we require their assistance.

It is essential that you are located within the South West, have your own transport and previous business development experience. Previous recruitment experience is essential for this role and an existing strong local client base is an advantage!

We will need you to come into our office initially, however subsequent work can be done remotely.

I have given a guide figure of £12 per hour, however I am willing to negotiate based on experience.
