-Based in Scotland
-Have property management skills
-Have worked in or marketed high end properties/hotels/houses/flats
-Have a passion for luxury homes/luxury living
-Be able to contact the right people to get things moving
-Historical and contemporary knowledge if Scotland and its homes/manor houses/hidden gems
-Connections to current estate agents in Scotland
