We are a dynamic freelance startup team expanding our business in remote web development. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience sourcing and engaging top-tier software developers, primarily through LinkedIn and similar platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying senior-level talent, evaluating qualifications, and conducting insightful conversations to determine the best fit for our projects. Success requires strong English communication skills and a proactive approach. We are particularly interested in candidates who are looking for long-term collaboration with our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Source, evaluate, and engage senior software developers across multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn
-Assess candidates’ skills and experience quickly and accurately
-Conduct professional and effective conversations to gauge fit
-Collaborate with the team to meet ongoing recruitment needs
Requirements:
-Proven experience in technical recruiting, especially within software development
-Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and outreach techniques
-Ability to evaluate senior developers’ technical backgrounds efficiently
-Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
-Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
