An opportunity has opened for a (home-based) Sales & Marketing Assistant for a creative services agency. Hours are flexible and can fluctuate between 2-6 hours per week based on how busy we are at the time. We are looking for a UK freelancer who is confident, a multi-tasker and has an excellent email and telephone manner.
Example of responsibilities:
• Add subscriber/contact email addresses to database
• Use our CRM to log new enquiries, leads and proposals
• Use our Project Management software to receive an mark tasks as complete
• Reply to email enquiries and compose emails based on provided templates
• Create new invoices, log backdated invoices and chase payments
• Contact prospects by telephone (no hard selling involved)
• Take telephone calls, forwarding calls and taking messages
• Send follow-up emails/messages to clients on project completion
• Social media updates to Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc.
• Link building - Adding our links to several websites
You must have the following:
• Microsoft Office 2010 incl. Word, Excel and Outlook
• An excellent telephone manner, professional, friendly yet confident
• High speed internet access via Ethernet
• At least 3 positive reviews from your clients on PPH
• Already be a VA / Freelance Admin and have availability 9-5
