Sales cycle - flow chart

Hello

We are a residential building contractor soon to launch and now focusing on our sales and marketing strategy. We have partly identified our sales process from initial contact with client to the deals closed meaning customer has made payment. We would like to put this sales cycle into a flow chart for our sales team to understand and follow.

We would like assistance from a candidate with experience in sales but not necessary but someone with a high analytical mind who understands processes and protocols and can produce high quality flow charts. Some knowledge of business and customer service would also be very beneficial.
