We are a distance learning provider looking for somebody to assist us with Customer service tasks on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to us between the hours of 10am-12pm Monday • Friday with a possibility of dedicating extra hours if needed.
The role will consist of the following tasks:
Issuing Log-In details to new customers: This involves logging into our system and creating a new user account for each new customer we sign up.
Customer Service Calls: This involves occasionally calling our customers and asking how their experience using our services is going for them.
Customer Service Texts: This involves logging onto a website, and sending a text message to all of our customers. Address books have been created to make it very quick and easy.
Booking Exams: Once our customers complete certain aspects of their training, they need to sit exams. You will need to issue them with e-mail instructions on how to do this. Templates have been created.
Support Enquiries: Occasionally you will receive a telephone call or an e-mail requesting some technical support. These are always simple issues, easily resolved, and are not too technical
System Management: Different customers require different access privileges, and over time, each users access needs to be updated.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to us between the hours of 10am-12pm Monday • Friday with a possibility of dedicating extra hours if needed.
You will need to have access to a landline telephone and an internet ready PC with Microsoft Outlook.
The successful applicant will be able to work from HOME in a QUIET, professional atmosphere with NO INTERUPTION or background noises. THIS IS ESSENTIAL!!!
The successful applicant will have previous customer service experience, speak fluent English & will be able to travel to London for training.
We are looking for an individual who will be committed to carrying out this work as an ongoing long term project.
We require somebody who will be able to commit to working strictly with us between the hours of 12pm & 2pm but we will probably add extra hours as time goes on.
