Recruitment Interviewer • Home Based
This role would suit an ex recruitment consultant who is based at home.
We are a specialist consultancy serving the construction, engineering and sales sectors. We are currently undertaking an aggressive expansion plan and are pro-actively marketing vacancies.
We are currently hiring a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to work from home on a project by project basis. The Sourcing Specialist will interview candidates from CVs received into our offices and select those suitable for interview.
Humres is currently advertising for recruiters to train up. It typically employs candidates from outside the recruitment industry. We receive a number of applications from interested candidates, typically 25-50 in a week. We are looking for someone that can telephone interview interested candidates and see if they are suitable for a face to face interview. We will provide the parameters of what hard and soft skills we are looking for.
REQUIREMENTS
• The successful interviewer will be a good prober
• Proven experience in recruitment
• Will have a good understanding as to what a successful recruitment consultant is.
• Strong work ethic
• Passionate about what they do
• An upbeat approach and pleasant voice
