Recruitment consultant

Marketing procurement / services company offers a range of services to small and medium sized companies.

We are currently considering offering a recruitment consultancy service to one of our clients and are keen to develop a working relationship with a freelance partner.

The client in question wants to find the right person but does not have time to develop the best job description or the money to pay the high fees of recruitment consultancies.

The person required needs to be based in the UK and an experienced recruitment consultant.

You will be required to develop the job description if you felt it was required, advise on ways of advertising in the most cost effective ways possible, act as first point of contact in the recruitment process, carry out initial telephone interviews and submit candidate CV's for client review.

The fee will be payable upon employment of the recommended candidate.
