Recruiting Process

We are about to do some hirings. One, maybe up to three employees. I am offering between £8 and £15 an hour, and I haven't had any luck getting many applications. To get started I'd like a session of an hour or two, where I can consult with you. I would use this session to brief you about my needs and ask questions. Then you will accompany me through the hiring process. You will be paid per hour.
