The Berkeley Clinic is a family run business. Jonathan Le Bon, osteopath and his wife, Gwen, a French national have teamed up to create a warm and welcoming environment for their patients. They have transformed this private clinic into a real "family feel" practice where patients and therapists alike are comfortable. Their wish is for patients to feel at home.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls
• Take and relay messages
• Provide information to callers
• Greet persons entering clinic
• Direct person to correct destination
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of clinic
• General administrative and clerical support (invoicing, receipts, ordering products)
• Prepare letters and documents
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
• Booking venues, rooms and managing schedules
• Organise meetings
• tidy and maintain the reception area
• Preparing the treatment rooms
• Liaising with managements
