Proposal for selling Software IP and Source code

Hi,

I am looking to sell the Intellectual property rights and full source code to a software product that I have developed and own.

I am looking to do this on a country by country worldwide basis, so I have adverts running on www.businessesforsale.com in the U.S, Canada, Australia and South Africa… here is the Australian advert.

I have had some fairly reasonable replies to the advert, but when I send the proposal I get very little response?

Therefore, I feel that there could be something wrong with how I am trying to get across the proposition we have available.

I would like to know if you think you could help in making this an offer the potential buyers cannot refuse?

Would you have a look and tell me what you initial “gut instinct” is about the offer and how I can make sure we get the multiple sales in the various countries.
